This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Take charge of the design for specified product areas, encompassing the merchant-facing platform and segments of the consumer experience, from problem definition and user flows to final UI and implementation.
• Address design requirements across the organization, including web and campaign pages, as well as visual assets for both internal and external purposes.
• Investigate multiple design directions prior to narrowing down, present these to non-design stakeholders, and facilitate decision-making to completion.
• Create designs within the established design system and contribute to component standards and consistency.
• Conduct lightweight usability testing and utilize product and funnel data to enhance live flows.
• Design clear and compliant consumer-credit flows that involve disclosures, consent, and application steps.
• Provide clean, well-structured handoffs and maintain involvement with developers throughout implementation and quality assurance.
• Collaborate closely with product, commercial, and engineering teams.
• Manage specific product areas from start to finish, from understanding the problem to delivering the shipped UI.
• 2–4 years of experience designing shipped web and mobile products; fintech, e-commerce, or B2B SaaS experience is a plus.
• A portfolio showcasing 2–3 case studies that demonstrate the problem, alternatives explored, decisions made, and outcomes achieved.
• Proficient in Figma, including components, variants, and auto-layout.
• Experience working within an established design system.
• Strong written and spoken English skills with clarity and confidence.
• Comfortable presenting and justifying design decisions.
• Reside in the EU with a working-hours overlap with CET.
• Experience in designing regulated or multi-step processes such as onboarding, applications, payments, or identity verification (preferred).
• Experience designing for both consumer and business users (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of coding for prototyping or motion design (preferred).
• Take ownership of real product areas from the outset, with direct access to the COO and streamlined decision-making processes.
• Be part of a small, international team where design plays a crucial role.
• Enjoy fully remote work within the EU.
• Participate in occasional trips to Copenhagen for team gatherings.
