This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ecuador, +4 more countries.
• Lead design initiatives for extensive rebranding projects.
• Ensure consistency in UI, accessibility, and visual standards across primary web properties and product interfaces.
• Design, enhance, and manage user interfaces within Enterprise CMS platforms in partnership with engineering and content operations teams.
• Convert intricate business and technical requirements into user journeys utilizing sketches, wireframes, process flows, and interactive prototypes.
• Collaborate with product teams on A/B testing and multivariate experimentation frameworks.
• Leverage analytics to validate design decisions and improve user engagement and web performance.
• Integrate usability testing, user feedback, and qualitative research insights into the iterative design process.
• Outline complex information architecture, user flows, and operational processes throughout the entire product experience.
• Monitor and enhance front-end web performance impacted by design elements, CMS platforms, and experiments.
• Work collaboratively with distributed teams aligned with Central Time and Eastern Time.
• Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Graphic Design, Information Design, or a related behavioral science discipline.
• Over 3 years of professional experience in product UX/UI design.
• Extensive hands-on expertise with Figma, Sketch, or Cursor.
• Demonstrated experience in designing for or engaging with CMS architectures and web publishing frameworks.
• A comprehensive design portfolio showcasing modern UI design, end-to-end interaction patterns, and user-centered solutions.
• Strong foundation in interaction design, visual systems, and large-scale UI rebranding/redesign projects.
• Capability to manage design projects across multiple teams, including product managers, front-end engineers, and marketing stakeholders.
• Nice to have: knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and experimentation setups.
• Nice to have: familiarity with contemporary web development practices, front-end limitations, and web performance enhancement.
• Nice to have: experience in conducting qualitative user interviews, usability testing, and synthesizing user research.
• Flexibility to align with North American business hours.
• Proficiency in English for documentation, meetings, and daily interactions.
