UX/UI Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Product Owner to understand and refine project requirements, ensuring clarity and addressing any outstanding information.

• Convert business needs into well-structured, actionable UX/UI briefs.

• Manage, prioritize, and distribute requests to the UI team effectively.

• Monitor progress on activities, deadlines, inquiries, outstanding items, and deliverables.

• Serve as a bridge among the Product Owner, stakeholders, and designers, fostering alignment and facilitating decision-making.

• Contribute to the quality of delivery, visual consistency, adherence to the design system, and enhancement of user experience.

• Organize and oversee the design backlog.

• Engage actively in Agile ceremonies and other necessary interactions for project execution.

• Independently manage daily activities with a proactive mindset.

• Keep abreast of the latest design trends and advancements in AI.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in UX/UI design and digital products.

• Proficient in Figma and familiar with design systems.

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

• Experience in organizing backlogs and composing briefs.

• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with business stakeholders and design teams.

• Strong ability to prioritize tasks, maintain organization, track deliverables, and work autonomously.

• A portfolio showcasing digital product and interface projects is required upon application.

• Background in the healthcare, dental care, or benefits-plan sectors is preferred.

• Familiarity with backlog management tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.

• Understanding of usability heuristics and accessibility principles.
