This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee a comprehensive end-to-end product design process by identifying user challenges, developing impactful UX and UI solutions, and generating production-ready designs.

• Create a brand new B2C application for applicants from the ground up (80%).

• Maintain and enhance the current B2B application for recruiters (20%).

• Identify issues, opportunities, and challenges related to user and business needs.

• Prepare and conduct user interviews.

• Evaluate competitors and keep abreast of design trends.

• Analyze internal data.

• Engage in ideation sessions to discover optimal solutions.

• Develop, test, and refine concepts to achieve effective outcomes.

• Utilize visual design principles to create high-fidelity prototypes.

• Prepare narratives with production-ready assets for development.

• Collaborate with product management, design colleagues, and engineering teams to ensure alignment in strategy, design consistency, and product development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Product Design within product-focused companies.

• Demonstrated capability to design valuable solutions for intricate product challenges.

• Experience in designing web applications (both mobile and desktop) as well as native applications (iOS & Android).

• Fundamental understanding of SaaS solutions that integrate both B2B and B2C contexts.

• Proficient in a diverse range of UX methodologies to facilitate design workshops, conduct product discovery, user interviews, and implement UX in agile environments.

• Effective problem-solving skills with attention to detail, strong communication, and organizational abilities.

• A culture that embraces open design feedback.

• Proficient in spoken and written English.
