• Create seamless and visually appealing customer journeys for both mobile and web platforms, encompassing onboarding, new features, and interactive user interfaces.

• Take ownership of the design process from inception through prototyping to the final design stage.

• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to transform ideas into reality.

• Leverage data and user feedback to rapidly enhance product offerings.

• Contribute to the development and evolution of the design system.

• Influence the experiences of millions of users during onboarding and their daily interactions.

• Craft trustworthy experiences for sensitive and personal conversations.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience designing mobile and web products at scale (200K+ MAU) in B2C settings.

• A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional taste, product insight, and craftsmanship, showcasing a history of designing sleek, attractive, and user-friendly applications.

• A proactive and hands-on attitude with a commitment to delivering real products.

• Strong user-centric focus and meticulous attention to detail.

• An inquisitive and collaborative mindset.

• Excellent command of English communication skills.

• Experience in creating polished consumer applications.

• Bonus: experience with AI, conversational user interfaces, or emotionally engaging products.

• Bonus: background in UX research, including planning, execution, and integrating insights into design choices.
