This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Strategize and conduct user research, encompassing interviews, usability testing, contextual inquiries, and surveys with both technical and operational users.

• Integrate findings into user personas, journey maps, and actionable insights.

• Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to enhance dashboards, visualization tools, and workflows.

• Assess prototypes and live products for usability and accessibility standards.

• Assist in client demonstrations and collect feedback from customer environments.

• Influence the way engineers, analysts, and operators engage with data middleware, telemetry dashboards, and AI-based tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Human Factors, Psychology, Design, or a related discipline.

• Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative UX research methodologies.

• Capability to convey research findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Miro, or Dovetail.

• Bonus: experience with complex data or enterprise applications, or in defense/aerospace sectors.

• For internship applicants: current students and early-career individuals with relevant coursework, projects, or experience are strongly encouraged to apply; a completed degree is not necessary.
