User Experience, UX Researcher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform discovery activities such as stakeholder interviews, customer touchpoint analysis, task analysis, and conceptual modeling.

• Engage in generative research, which includes observational studies, customer interviews, usability testing, and needs assessment.

• Develop empathy maps, personas, storyboards, journey maps, experience maps, and service blueprints.

• Present research findings, insights, implications, and conceptual ideas both verbally and visually.

• Organize and lead collaborative analysis and synthesis sessions.

• Work alongside a cross-functional team to ensure that customer objectives are achieved.

• Investigate user needs and system improvements.

• Plan, recruit participants for, and oversee research and testing activities.

• Analyze and compile research and testing outcomes to offer actionable recommendations.

• Recognize patterns and gaps, collaborating with the team to implement necessary changes.

• Create research plans, usability test plans, scripts, findings, and other evaluative research documentation.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen.

• Capable of obtaining and maintaining at least a Public Trust Clearance.

• Holds a Bachelor’s degree or possesses equivalent work experience.

• Over 4 years of experience in UX, CX, service design, product design, or similar fields.

• Demonstrated professional experience in conducting user research from planning through execution and translating findings into actionable insights.

• Strong grasp of human-centered design strategies, methods, and approaches, along with the ability to apply them effectively.

• Proficient in operating a computer and various office productivity tools.

• Able to communicate frequently with colleagues, management, and clients.
