Master’s Scholarship Fellow – UX Research in Generative AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Explore human–AI interaction methodologies for data discovery and comprehension.

• Examine user personas, journeys, and the requirements of users across the data landscape.

• Develop and validate hypotheses regarding innovative search experiences and AI agent interactions.

• Investigate interface and UX designs for Generative AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

• Create experimental prototypes utilizing React, Angular, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

• Connect interfaces with intelligent agents, APIs, and RAG.

• Perform experiments and conduct usability assessments.

• Establish and track metrics for findability, usability, relevance, and efficiency.

• Evaluate findings and suggest enhancements to the framework.

• Document the methodology, experiments, results, and research conclusions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Human–Computer Interaction, or a related Computing and Technology field.

• Proficiency in web application development and front-end architecture.

• Experience with JavaScript and/or TypeScript.

• Familiarity with React and/or Angular.

• Understanding of HTML and CSS.

• Knowledge of API integration and utilization.

• Acquainted with Git and software development methodologies.

• Capability to design experiments, interpret results, and document research findings technically.

• Willingness to work 40 hours per week.
