UX Researcher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Serve as a UX Research advocate and change leader by identifying opportunities, mentoring colleagues, and initiating projects.

• Take ownership and expand the UX Research practice within the Design team.

• Develop a practical research process and empower designers to carry out relevant research independently.

• Establish quality standards without becoming a hindrance.

• Lead impactful research from start to finish, including briefing, methodology, execution, analysis, synthesis, presentation, and driving actionable insights.

• Choose suitable research techniques, such as interviews, usability tests, concept evaluations, surveys, desk research, and competitive analysis.

• Manage research tools, participant scheduling, confirmations, session logistics, note-taking, and documentation independently.

• Collaborate with Product Analytics to integrate quantitative and qualitative data.

• Explore moderated, unmoderated, and AI-driven research approaches.

• Ensure that user needs and constraints guide product decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience conducting research from start to finish with high accountability.

• Experience engaging with both B2C and B2B products and audiences.

• Proficient in English; capable of moderating and presenting in English.

• Regularly gather feedback from Sales, Customer Support, Marketing, and Analytics teams, transforming it into testable research inquiries.

• Maintain a high standard of research quality, including appropriate methods, structured methodologies, reliable timelines, and ethical practices.

• Competent in utilizing recruiting platforms and managing access, scheduling, confirmations, tool setups, and other logistics independently.

• Ability to leverage AI tools effectively for operations and synthesis while preserving human judgment and methodological integrity.

• Capable of maintaining a research radar that tracks internal insights, market/competitor trends, and significant UX/product resources.

• Currently integrating AI meaningfully into daily tasks.

• Exceptional empathy, care for participants, and adherence to high ethical standards.

• Fluent in both Russian and English.
