Senior UX Researcher, Korean Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

📋 Description

• Identify user needs through various methods.

• Perform usability tests, diary studies, and other relevant research techniques.

• Ensure that user research significantly impacts the overall project.

• Share research findings in specifications with the entire project team.

• Collaborate with designers, researchers, and consultants.

• Gather insights from the Korean market for broader multi-market research initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent communication skills — capable of explaining complex ideas and concepts in a clear and concise manner.

• Strong efficiency — able to provide effective solutions within deadlines.

• Comfortable discussing web and mobile technologies.

• More than five years of experience working with UX Research teams that have successfully completed projects, whether in-house or through an agency (bonus).

• Proven experience in delivering meaningful, tangible outcomes for businesses and organizations of various sizes (bonus).

• Extensive experience in initiating UX projects (bonus).

• Experience in designing, organizing, and leading successful client workshops (bonus).
