UX Researcher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Georgia.

📋 Description

• Serve as a proactive advocate for UX Research and a catalyst for change by pinpointing opportunities, mentoring colleagues, and initiating projects.

• Take ownership of and expand the UX Research discipline by establishing a practical process that empowers designers to conduct relevant research autonomously, while setting quality standards.

• Oversee comprehensive research projects from start to finish: including brief intake, methodology selection, research execution, analysis, synthesis, presentation, and follow-up actions.

• Choose suitable methods such as interviews, usability assessments, concept evaluations, surveys, desk research, and competitive analyses.

• Effectively manage tools and data access, participant scheduling, session logistics, documentation, and note-taking.

• Collaborate with Product Analytics to integrate quantitative and qualitative insights.

• Experiment with both moderated and unmoderated testing, as well as AI-assisted methods like synthetic users.

• Advocate for user needs and constraints in product decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in conducting end-to-end research with significant ownership.

• Background in both B2C and B2B products and their respective audiences.

• Proficient in English, as all participants will be English-speaking; you will moderate and present in English.

• Regularly gather insights from Sales, Customer Support, Marketing, and Analytics to formulate testable research questions.

• Maintain a high standard for research quality: employing correct methodologies, structured approaches, predictable timelines, and ethical practices.

• Independently utilize recruiting platforms and manage logistics including access, scheduling, confirmations, and tool setups.

• Leverage AI tools to enhance operational efficiency and synthesis (e.g., guides, notes, tagging/themes, survey drafts, summaries) while ensuring human judgment and methodological integrity where crucial.

• Already have a meaningful application of AI in your work, as the company will not provide training on AI usage.

• Possess exceptional empathy and consideration for individuals, demonstrating respect, sensitivity, and high ethical standards.

• Bilingual in Russian and English.
