UX & Product Designer – Commerce Capability Stream

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create B2B workflows and interfaces related to product data, pricing, availability, order and returns processing, as well as account management.

• Design user-friendly dashboards, reports, and data-rich views to facilitate daily decision-making processes.

• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, Data, and Business teams within Commerce Squads.

• Lead projects from the initial problem definition to the deployment of production-ready solutions.

• Perform user research, conduct interviews, organize focus groups, and carry out usability testing with merchants, partners, and internal users.

• Convert research findings into tangible product enhancements.

• Utilize a hypothesis- and data-driven methodology, evaluating solution success based on adoption, efficiency, and user feedback.

• Enhance the “Pulse” Design System utilizing Figma and Storybook.

• Maintain a consistent user experience throughout the platform.

• Experiment with new design and prototyping techniques, including AI-enhanced methods.

• Actively engage in the UX & Product Design Practice.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in UX or Product Design, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or enterprise applications.

• Proven experience in designing intricate workflows, data views, tables, and dashboards.

• Advanced skills in Figma along with experience in Design Systems and Component Libraries, ideally Storybook.

• Background in user research, testing, and data-informed product development.

• Ability to work confidently with diverse stakeholders and convert complex requirements into clear solutions.

• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional product and engineering teams.

• A self-sufficient, pragmatic, and solution-focused mindset.

• Proficient in both German and English.

• Nice to have: Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or retail sectors.

• Nice to have: Familiarity with AI-driven prototyping or design-to-code approaches.

• Nice to have: Technical insight into components, Design Tokens, and contemporary frontend architectures.

• Nice to have: Experience with accessibility/WCAG or low-code prototyping.
