This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Create a new account on OKX and similar applications

• Complete identity verification through an ID scan and a selfie

• Fund your account

• Execute an initial cryptocurrency transaction

• Verbally express your thoughts while recording both screen and audio

• Submit your recordings along with written feedback questionnaires

• Join a weekly one-hour debrief call every Friday

• Engage in a structured research project assessing the onboarding and payment experience within the OKX cryptocurrency exchange app

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a new user and have not previously used OKX or similar apps

• Valid government-issued ID: passport, driver's license, residence permit, or eID

• A functioning payment method: bank transfer, card, PayPal, Apple/Google Pay, or a local option

• Proficient in the local language and capable of narrating in English

• Access to both Android and iOS devices

• Ability to record the screen with clear audio in a quiet, private environment

• Thoughtful and steady participation without haste

• Clear and specific narration along with written feedback

• Ratings that align with the explanations given

• Strict compliance with the task sequence: Sign Up → Verify → Deposit → Purchase
