This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Create a new account on OKX and competitor platforms.

• Complete identity verification by submitting an ID scan and a selfie.

• Add funds to your account.

• Execute an initial cryptocurrency transaction.

• Articulate your thoughts while simultaneously recording your screen and audio.

• Provide recordings along with filled-out feedback questionnaires.

• Join a one-hour debrief call every Friday.

• Engage in a structured research initiative assessing the onboarding and payment processes within the OKX cryptocurrency exchange application.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a new user and have never utilized OKX or competing applications prior.

• A valid government-issued ID: passport, driver’s license, residence permit, or eID.

• A functional payment method: bank transfer, card, PayPal, Apple/Google Pay, or a local alternative.

• Proficient in the local language and capable of narrating in English.

• Access to both Android and iOS devices.

• Ability to record your screen with clear audio in a quiet, private environment.

• Thoughtful and naturally-paced participation is expected.

• Clear and specific narration along with written feedback is required.

• Ratings must align with the explanations provided.

• Strict compliance with the task sequence: Sign Up → Verify → Deposit → Purchase.
