UX Architect, UX Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Design information architectures and create robust frameworks for intricate content and systems.

• Convert requirements into thoughtfully crafted wireframes and UX concepts.

• Model user journeys and workflows, pinpoint friction points, and enhance pathways from the user's viewpoint.

• Rapidly adapt to new subject areas and simplify complex topics.

• Provide strategic advice to clients, articulate and justify decisions, and develop solution concepts.

• Facilitate workshops and actively involve stakeholders.

• Collaborate closely with UI design, development, and consulting teams.

• Grasp design system logic while taking into account component logic, hierarchies, naming conventions, and scalability.

• Note that visual design, branding or illustration design, and the final aesthetic are not included.

⛳️ Requirements

• Around 3+ years of experience in UX strategy and concept creation, whether in an agency, product, or in-house setting.

• Proficient in information architecture, wireframing, and journey and flow modeling techniques.

• Expertise in using Figma for wireframing and prototyping, along with Miro.

• Strong communication and consulting abilities: capable of explaining and defending decisions both internally and to clients.

• Excellent German language skills and good proficiency in English.

• Nice to have: experience in complex B2B, industrial, or specialized application settings.

• Nice to have: a basic understanding of frontend capabilities and constraints.

• Nice to have: familiarity with accessibility requirements.
