This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +45 more states.
β’ Concentrate primarily on enhancing Hypershield experiences to support Network Security Engineers, Platform Teams, and various user roles.
β’ Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, and designers to comprehend intricate security workflows.
β’ Identify gaps and opportunities, converting requirements and technical capabilities into user-friendly product experiences.
β’ Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
β’ Assess complex workflows from the user's perspective and generate design alternatives.
β’ Design innovative, scalable data visualizations grounded in technical subject matter understanding, interaction and motion design, and visual refinement.
β’ Utilize established design systems and contemporary design and AI-assisted tools to explore concepts and expedite prototyping.
β’ Oversee complex design initiatives from problem identification to implementation.
β’ Bachelor's degree with 7 years of relevant experience, Master's degree with 4 years of relevant experience, or PhD with 1 year of relevant experience.
β’ Proven experience in designing intricate enterprise product experiences that cover multiple workflows, products, services, or platform capabilities.
β’ A portfolio showcasing comprehensive enterprise product design work, including user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, high-fidelity visual designs, and clear articulation of design decisions using Figma or similar tools.
β’ Demonstrated experience in leading complex design initiatives and working collaboratively with Product Management, Engineering, Research, and fellow designers from problem definition through to implementation.
β’ Familiarity with AI-enabled design or prototyping tools.
β’ Preferred: Experience in designing enterprise platform products in infrastructure, SaaS, cybersecurity, networking, IT, or other technically intricate environments.
β’ Preferred: Experience in designing system-level or cross-product experiences.
β’ Preferred: Technical knowledge of modern web applications, APIs, integrations, platform architecture, or AI/agentic experiences.
β’ Preferred: Awareness of AI-driven design, conversational or agentic UX, generative interfaces, or AI-assisted prototyping workflows.
β’ Preferred: Excellent presentation, communication, storytelling, and influencing abilities.
