Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Shape and enhance the overall AssessFirst experience, from identifying issues to delivering final products.

• Collaborate with the Lead Designer, Product Managers, Front-end Engineers, and ML Engineers to transform intricate challenges into straightforward, intuitive, and captivating experiences.

• Play an active role in product decision-making, question suggested solutions, quickly prototype, and evaluate concepts prior to large-scale implementation.

• Imagine new interactions powered by AI, such as agents, copilots, conversational interfaces, voice AI, and dynamic or generative experiences.

• Develop comprehensive features and experiences, from initial discovery to final production.

• Sustain and enhance the AssessFirst design system, guaranteeing the quality of visual design and motion across all platforms.

• Create interactive or functional prototypes and collaborate with Front-end Engineers throughout the production process.

• Conduct user research, testing, and usage analysis, and assess the effectiveness of experiences following launch.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Product Design for digital products that have successfully launched in production.

• Familiarity with products featuring AI agents, copilots, conversational UI, or voice AI.

• Experience in creating or enhancing design systems.

• Strong product-focused mindset and the capability to tackle loosely defined challenges.

• Solid understanding of web technologies and confidence in collaborating with technical teams.

• Advanced skills in Figma and FigJam, including components, prototyping, and design systems.

• Regular use of AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini to enhance research, exploration, and design; interest in tools such as Figma Make, Cursor, v0, Lovable, or Framer.

• Professional proficiency in English is required.
