📋 Description

• Elevate the quality of Tremendous's dashboard and recipient experience.

• Enhance navigation, information architecture, opening and closing behaviors, empty states, motion, micro-interactions, and transitions.

• Take ownership of and refine the design system.

• Establish clear, documented design patterns for fellow designers.

• Address design-system deficiencies that lead to one-off UI instances.

• Develop and communicate a vision for product foundations in terms of craft, UX, and UI.

• Manage smaller projects from teams lacking an embedded designer.

• Collaborate with an engineer dedicated to delivering high-quality craft work.

• Utilize AI for prototyping, showcasing intended interaction experiences, and assisting engineering in design implementation.

• Take responsibility for copy within designs.

• Report directly to the Director of Product Design and collaborate across the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience as a product designer.

• Background in working on B2B products.

• Strong product thinking skills, including consideration of edge cases and delivering real products.

• Excellent visual design, UI, and motion design capabilities.

• A portfolio showcasing high-quality craftsmanship.

• Proven experience in owning and enhancing a design system.

• Knowledge of information architecture principles.

• Experience in setting a product vision or leading a redesign initiative.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including storytelling abilities.

• Familiarity with using AI in design processes, including prototyping with tools like v0, Claude, Cursor, or similar.

• A portfolio and password are required for application.

• A LinkedIn profile is necessary for consideration.
