Staff Product Designer, Agentic CMS

📋 Description

• Oversee design initiatives within the Content and Localization teams focused on Webflow's Build pillar.

• Take full ownership of the Agentic CMS experience, managing everything from discovery and UX strategy to prototyping, detailed execution, and launch.

• Determine how enterprise marketing teams create, organize, manage, and distribute content across various sites and channels.

• Create interfaces for marketing teams and AI agents that query and generate structured content.

• Implement controls, transparency, and trust signals to enhance both human and agent experiences.

• Ensure a consistent experience model throughout interconnected CMS interfaces.

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to influence product strategy and execution.

• Reach consensus on content models, API capabilities, and product strategy prior to implementation.

• Showcase work to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

• Link the CMS experience to the larger Webflow ecosystem.

• Report directly to the Senior Director of Product Design.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Over 7 years of experience in product design.

• A portfolio that displays recent, significant work addressing ambiguous challenges within complex products.

• Proven ability to simplify complex products for users.

• Relevant experience with content systems, multi-user workflows, and/or agentic experiences.

• Proficient in systems thinking at scale across interconnected product surfaces.

• Strong capacity to engage effectively with engineers regarding API design, data modeling, and content architecture.

• Excellent skills in interaction and visual design.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows, including prototyping in code and utilizing AI tools.

• Valid right-to-work authorization as per the country's employment regulations.

• A successful background check may be necessary.
