Internship – UX Research

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Design and carry out user research activities, such as usability tests, online surveys, and simulator studies.

• Set up and configure seating bucks as well as driving simulations.

• Analyze and present research results using PowerPoint and Power BI.

• Facilitate workshops to incorporate research insights into product development.

• Organize and manage user testing events in collaboration with external partners.

• Integrate and provide technical support for prototypes used in validations and demonstrations.

• Document research outcomes, methodologies, and technical validation configurations.

• Work collaboratively with researchers, designers, developers, and product teams on practical validation initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a program related to Human Factors, Psychology, Computer Science, or a comparable field.

• Strong passion for UX, user research, digital products, voice interfaces, and prototyping.

• Ability to work independently with a structured and hands-on approach.

• Excellent communication and interviewing capabilities.

• Initial experience in data analysis.

• Interest in technical prototyping, programming, or physical computing.

• Proficient in German and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
