User Experience Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.

📋 Description

• Assist with product initiatives for the Homepage, User Center, AI Generative UI, and Market pages.

• Contribute to enhancing onboarding processes to boost new user conversion rates.

• Aid in reviewing and refining the user journey and UI/UX at critical touchpoints.

• Collaborate with internal teams to advance exposure and growth strategies across both App and Web platforms.

• Support the design and evolution of recommendation strategies to enhance personalized content delivery.

• Collaborate with ML/data teams to gather requirements and monitor personalization-related projects.

• Help define and clarify product specifications for AI/generative UI experiences based on user scenarios.

• Coordinate with engineering, design, data, and business teams to facilitate product execution.

• Assist in defining, monitoring, and analyzing key metrics; support experimentation and iteration based on data insights.

• Gather and organize user feedback, facilitating issue resolution and product enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Available 3–5 days per week for a minimum of 6 months, starting immediately.

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program.

• Strong interest in product management, platform products, AI, personalization, or user experience.

• Excellent analytical and logical thinking abilities, with a capacity to clearly structure problems.

• Strong communication and coordination skills, paired with a proactive and execution-focused approach.

• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring tasks are completed.

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is essential for coordinating with overseas partners and stakeholders.

• Familiarity with data analysis tools or methodologies is advantageous.

• An interest in AI/ML products or previous AI-related project experience is a plus.

• Experience in fintech, crypto/Web3, internet products, or AI-driven products is beneficial.
