User Experience Designer – Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Assist in the creation and implementation of user-centric experiences for One10's digital offerings.

• Help establish user experience requirements and documentation for the PerformX software platform.

• Work collaboratively with the UX Architect, Product Management, Engineering, and Product Development teams.

• Recognize and apply industry best practices and standards in web, email, and mobile app design.

• Develop user experience journey maps, flows, sitemaps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.

• Outline navigation, content, and functionality through effective UX documentation.

• Utilize established UX patterns, design-system components, accessibility standards, and design guidelines.

• Engage in user research and conduct usability testing.

• Collaborate with Product Management to identify client needs and requirements.

• Implement strategies that align user experience with business objectives.

• Generate UX designs and assets informed by customer insights, proprietary methodologies, diagnostic tools, and design solutions.

• Provide consultation during project design and development to ensure adherence to the UX vision.

• Present UX documentation to the UX, Product, and Engineering teams.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

• Show a commitment to continuous learning in UX research, interaction design, accessibility, and emerging design technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

• A portfolio of published work is required for application consideration.

• At least one year of UX experience through internships, academic projects, professional roles, or similar practical experience.

• Proficient computer skills, particularly with Figma for creating detailed UX specifications and assets.

• Capability to produce documents that are usable by Engineering teams.

• Well-versed in modern User Interface design principles.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Reliable internet service for home-office work.

• Willingness to travel as required.

• Preferred: Familiarity with AI methodologies utilized by Experience Designers.

• Preferred: Experience in designing B2B products.
