Junior UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop UX/UI designs utilizing Figma.

• Implement UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual hierarchy.

• Generate wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity interfaces.

• Transform complex workflows and technical concepts into visual experiences.

• Create professional presentations for clients.

• Collaborate effectively with both technical and business teams.

• Operate across UX and presentation design in a dynamic, multi-project setting.

• Design enterprise applications, dashboards, SaaS, or B2B solutions.

• Utilize design systems and concepts related to component-based application development.

• Investigate AI/GenAI-driven applications, conversational UX, and AI-assisted design tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design.

• Proficient hands-on experience with Figma is essential.

• Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual hierarchy.

• Proven experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity interfaces.

• Strong skills in layout, typography, spacing, visual balance, and consistency.

• Capability to distill complex workflows and technical concepts.

• Excellent creative thinking and visual storytelling abilities.

• Comfortable with designing professional presentations for clients.

• Ability to collaborate with technical and business teams effectively.

• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.

• Familiarity with AI/GenAI-driven applications and conversational UX.

• Experience with AI-assisted design or image-generation tools.

• Knowledge of design systems and component-based application development.

• Exposure to enterprise applications, dashboards, SaaS, or B2B product design.

• Proficient in PowerPoint, Adobe tools, Canva, or similar visual design platforms.

• Basic knowledge of frontend technologies such as HTML/CSS, React, or Angular is a plus.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Relevant hands-on experience and a strong portfolio are equally significant.
