Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of a product area from problem definition to shipping and ongoing analysis of learnings.

• Create AI-driven workflows that empower customers.

• Streamline intricate scenarios to ensure users can understand and act with confidence.

• Experiment with innovative ideas using real customer feedback, assess outcomes, and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Leverage AI to swiftly transition from inquiries to testable solutions.

• Elevate design standards through constructive critique, thoughtful analysis, and informed decision-making.

• Collaborate with product and engineering leaders from conception to launch.

• Develop solutions for Microsoft 365 migration and governance processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience designing intricate software solutions for businesses, with a portfolio showcasing projects you led from initial questions to final details.

• Strong systems thinking: design the entire journey while considering subsequent implications.

• Sound judgment in making irreversible design choices.

• Regularly engage with real customers to inform design direction based on their behavior.

• Ability to clearly articulate and defend design decisions to peers, engineers, and executives.

• Proficient in incorporating AI into your design workflow.

• Capable of refining and enhancing work directly within the actual product and deploying changes to production.

• Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and embracing a learning-oriented approach.

• Experience in designing for IT, security, data, or expert user demographics is a plus.
