Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Create comprehensive user experiences for both web and mobile platforms, covering user flows, interactions, UI, edge cases, and empty states.

• Collaborate closely with the Product Manager from the initial problem definition to the final delivery.

• Partner with Engineering during the build and quality assurance phases to ensure that the final product aligns with the design intent.

• Gain insights into the workflows of strength and conditioning coaches through direct observation.

• Take responsibility for ongoing projects and pinpoint areas for improvement.

• Develop reusable patterns and components to enhance product consistency.

• Spot opportunities to leverage AI tools and automation to expedite the design process.

• Contribute to BridgeAthletic, a platform dedicated to training prescriptions for strength and conditioning programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in designing digital products.

• Experience ideally includes B2B SaaS or professional tools.

• A portfolio demonstrating a user-centered design approach, strong craftsmanship, and clear design rationale from problem identification to final solution.

• Strong visual design sensibility in UI, composition, and interaction design.

• Proficiency in prototyping at various levels of fidelity.

• Excellent skills in Figma.

• Experience with component-based design systems.

• Clear and confident communication abilities.

• Proven track record of collaborating in cross-disciplinary teams alongside Product Managers and Engineers.

• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to transform complex issues into clear solutions.

• Genuine enthusiasm for sports, coaching, and human performance.

• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
