This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Take charge of and direct the user acquisition strategy for Hello Piano through paid channels.
• Collaborate with the creative production team to brief, test, and refine playables, video, and static ad creatives.
• Evaluate campaign performance across various channels and convert data into actionable optimization recommendations.
• Identify and spearhead expansion into new regions, tailoring acquisition strategies and creatives to align with local market dynamics.
• Develop and sustain automation and auto-rules processes for bidding, budget distribution, and campaign management at scale.
• Track CPI, ROAS, LTV, Sub2Paid, and retention metrics, and report performance against established targets.
• Work alongside product, analytics, and growth teams to synchronize acquisition efforts with broader business objectives.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in user acquisition or performance marketing.
• Demonstrated experience managing paid user acquisition campaigns across major platforms such as Meta, Google, AppLovin, TikTok, and others.
• Significant ownership of paid campaign budgets.
• Strong analytical skills with respect to LTV, ROAS, CPP, retention, and cohort-based metrics.
• Familiarity with MMPs and analytics tools like AppsFlyer or Adjust.
• Practical experience in building or overseeing automation and auto-rules for bid and budget optimization.
• Understanding of creative testing processes.
• Capability to brief and collaborate effectively with creative teams.
• Experience in expanding products into new markets and regions.
• Knowledge of localization and regional performance dynamics.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with product, creative, and analytics teams.
• SQL or scripting skills, such as Google Apps Script, are an advantage.
