Performance and Growth Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create strategies for Performance Marketing and Growth for the agency's clientele

• Design, implement, and oversee paid media and demand generation projects

• Evaluate performance metrics and suggest ongoing enhancements

• Formulate strategies for customer acquisition, conversion, and retention

• Oversee and enhance campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads

• Detect opportunities for growth and scalability within accounts

• Conduct strategic alignment discussions with clients and the internal team

• Supervise sales funnels, CRM, and commercial activities

• Create action plans driven by data and KPIs

• Lead tests, experiments, and optimizations centered on Growth Marketing

• Prepare analyses and recommendations to enhance client outcomes

• Contribute to the ongoing development of internal processes and operational strategies

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in Performance Marketing and Digital Marketing

• Prior experience in a marketing agency setting

• Advanced expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads

• Familiarity with local businesses and strategies for customer acquisition

• Understanding of CRM and sales workflows, preferably with Kommo

• Strong analytical capabilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making

• Strategic, organized, and results-focused approach

• Experience in tracking and interpreting marketing and sales data

• A degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related discipline is advantageous

• Background in Growth Marketing is beneficial

• Knowledge of marketing and sales automation and integrations is a plus

• Experience in building dashboards and monitoring KPIs is a plus

• Familiarity with A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques is a plus

• Understanding of retention strategies, LTV, and scalability of results is a plus
