This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +3 more countries.
• Take charge of paid user acquisition on Meta, encompassing account structure, targeting, bidding, budget pacing, and daily optimization.
• Initiate and expand Google and TikTok channels as the Meta platform evolves.
• Increase monthly expenditure while preserving CAC, ROAS, and cohort payback objectives.
• Develop tracking, attribution, naming conventions, dashboards, and reporting systems.
• Manage subscription economics, which includes conversion rates, subscriptions, renewals, churn, ARPPU, and LTV by cohort and channel.
• Conduct structured tests on audiences, placements, bidding strategies, and offers.
• Provide creative briefs based on performance data and collaborate with the Creative Designer.
• Streamline reporting, pacing, anomaly alerts, and creative rotation using Claude and platform APIs.
• Forecast and strategize budget planning.
• Deliver weekly reports on expenditure, CAC, and payback to marketing and leadership teams.
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing, Creative, analytics, and product teams.
• Over 4 years of experience in user acquisition or performance marketing for consumer subscription products.
• Extensive, hands-on expertise with Meta at significant spending levels.
• Proven experience managing a paid budget of at least $100k per month.
• Familiarity with establishing performance marketing from the ground up, including accounts, pixels, server-side events, MMP/SKAN or GA4, attribution logic, and reporting.
• Proficient understanding of subscription economics: free-to-paid conversion, renewal and churn rates, ARPPU, LTV:CAC, and cohort payback metrics.
• Comfortable utilizing BI tools and basic SQL.
• Skilled in leveraging AI for daily analysis, reporting, and automation workflows.
• Located in the EU, Georgia, Armenia, or Serbia, with the legal right to work as a contractor in those regions.
• A full-time contractor position with a fully remote setup.
