📋 Description

• Initiate and enhance advertising campaigns on Facebook and TikTok.

• Analyze and report on the performance of advertising initiatives.

• Evaluate projects and target audiences using GA4, internal CRM, and various other tools.

• Expand channels without increasing CPA while boosting ROI and other essential metrics.

• Experiment with new targeting strategies, ad formats, landing page concepts, and creative assets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expert in Facebook advertising with a minimum of 3 years of experience.

• Proven experience in campaign automation (API, autorules) is essential.

• Possession of a Meta Blueprint certification is a bonus.

• Proficient in using Excel and Google Sheets.

• Strong analytical skills with the capacity to interpret data effectively.

• English proficiency at the B2 level.

• Russian language skills at the C1+ level.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Creative mindset with a knack for finding solutions to complex challenges.

• Strong analytical thinking skills, capable of processing large volumes of information and drawing sound conclusions.
