This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Drive the expansion of the company's recruitment operations in the US.
• Identify and engage potential clients throughout the United States, particularly those familiar with the Texas market.
• Schedule meetings with Heads of Talent, CTOs, Engineering Directors, hiring managers, and other key decision-makers.
• Transform discussions and meetings into new client relationships, active vacancies, and authentic recruitment opportunities.
• Market both permanent and/or contract recruitment services to US organizations.
• Cultivate long-lasting partnerships with both new and current clients.
• Comprehend clients' hiring needs and oversee the recruitment process from job vacancy to placement.
• Collaborate with the recruitment delivery team on sourcing and delivering candidates.
• Assist candidates through interviews, offers, and onboarding processes.
• Offer prompt support to clients and candidates during US business hours.
• Develop existing accounts to secure repeat vacancies and additional opportunities.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects, opportunities, and active clients.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience selling recruitment services in the US.
• Proven track record of successfully selling recruitment services in the US market.
• Experience in providing permanent and/or contract recruitment solutions.
• Demonstrated history of acquiring new recruitment clients and generating vacancies.
• Evidence that business development efforts have led to significant revenue opportunities.
• Experience engaging with senior decision-makers such as Heads of Talent, CTOs, Engineering Directors, and hiring managers.
• Strong skills in outbound business development and generating new business.
• Effective account management and relationship-building abilities.
• Capability to manage recruitment processes involving both clients and candidates.
• Confidence and commercial insight to cultivate relationships from initial outreach to established recruitment accounts.
• Willingness to work from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm UK time on a regular basis.
• Experience in developing recruitment business in Texas is particularly desirable.
• Understanding of how to sell agency recruitment services to US companies.
• Proven success in selling permanent or contract recruitment services, especially if the background includes offshore consultancy, outsourcing, or related services.
