This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the complete recruitment lifecycle for U.S.-based startup positions, from initial sourcing to the acceptance of offers.
• Proactively seek out, engage, and develop talent pipelines for critical go-to-market (GTM) and delivery roles that require specialized skill sets.
• Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, Greenhouse, Upwork, Indeed, referrals, and other alternative recruitment methods.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to fine-tune candidate profiles and agree on requirements.
• Conduct preliminary recruiter screenings to assess candidates' experience, skills, and fit within the organization.
• Keep precise hiring data and track pipeline progress within the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse).
• Ensure candidates experience a seamless and professional journey throughout the hiring process.
• Actively seek out talent instead of depending solely on incoming applications.
• Identify candidate pools and explore innovative sourcing channels.
• Manage multiple open positions, balancing competing priorities, candidate pipelines, and hiring metrics.
• A minimum of 7 years of professional recruiting experience, particularly with U.S.-based roles.
• Extensive hands-on experience throughout the complete recruitment lifecycle, especially in sourcing and pipeline management.
• A proven ability to proactively source high-caliber talent, focusing on specialized skill sets and high-priority positions.
• Significant experience in fast-paced startup or high-growth environments where priorities shift rapidly.
• Practical experience with platforms such as Greenhouse, Upwork, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
• Skilled in utilizing AI tools for candidate sourcing, talent identification, research, outreach, and enhancing recruiting workflow efficiency.
• A solid understanding of sourcing strategies, candidate identification, outreach, screening, and pipeline conversion.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capable of working independently and taking ownership of recruiting priorities with minimal oversight.
• Must be U.S.-based and able to work effectively during U.S. business hours or overlapping U.S. time zones.
• Persistent, organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple open roles and competing priorities.
• Available for full-time commitment for a 6-month contract and able to start immediately or on very short notice.
• Full-time 6-month contractual engagement.
