This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Assist in achieving sales targets within the territory by leveraging clinical expertise, engaging customers, and developing opportunities.

• Conduct product demonstrations and clinical presentations for potential customers.

• Recognize customer needs and work with the Sales team to cultivate and advance business opportunities.

• Establish connections with clinicians, department leaders, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.

• Offer clinical and technical expertise throughout the sales journey.

• Aid in customer evaluations, product trials, and purchasing decisions.

• Carry out product installations, onboarding, and application training programs.

• Assist in tender activities, which include requirement discussions, clinical evaluations, and proposal preparation.

• Create and implement customer education initiatives.

• Track customer satisfaction and assist in retention and account growth.

• Represent the organization at congresses, workshops, training events, and industry meetings.

• Keep an eye on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

• Provide insights to internal stakeholders regarding customer needs, market trends, and growth opportunities.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Biomedical Science, Clinical Physiology, Sonography, Radiography, Healthcare, or a related discipline.

• Strong clinical ultrasound experience acquired within a hospital, imaging center, or healthcare setting.

• Proven hands-on scanning skills and understanding of ultrasound workflows.

• Customer-oriented mindset with a keen interest in commercial activities and business development.

• Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.

• Capacity to influence and engage a diverse range of stakeholders.

• Solid understanding of healthcare processes and purchasing environments.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Self-driven and comfortable working independently in a field-based role.

• Willingness to travel extensively throughout Sweden.

• Proficiency in both Swedish and English.
