UK Sales Manager – Children's Online Courses

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Provide one-on-one online trial lessons to children and their parents via Zoom.

• Establish a connection with the child and at least one parent.

• Inquire to gain insights into the child's background, interests, and objectives.

• Facilitate brief hands-on activities that involve basic coding, game logic, or digital tasks.

• Suggest the most suitable Kodland program for the child.

• Respond to queries and resolve family concerns.

• Assist families in making a well-informed enrollment decision.

• Conduct lessons using pre-prepared materials while tailoring the discussion and teaching style.

• Primarily work during weekday afternoons/evenings and weekend daytime hours.

• Participate in onboarding, coaching, feedback sessions, and webinars.

⛳️ Requirements

• Clear and confident spoken English that is easy for US parents to understand.

• A laptop or PC equipped with a functioning webcam and microphone.

• Reliable internet connection suitable for seamless video calls.

• A quiet workspace with the camera on during lessons.

• Availability for 20–25 hours per week during peak periods.

• Consistent availability throughout weekday afternoons/evenings and weekend days.

• A genuine enjoyment of interacting with children and parents.

• Preferred experience in sales, customer service, customer success, tutoring, or coaching.

• Prior experience working with children and/or parents is preferred.

• Comfortable handling one’s own schedule remotely is preferred.
