UK Payroll Delivery Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Independently manage the complete UK payroll cycle in accordance with established standards and client specifications.

• Oversee and control ticket queues using relevant business intelligence tools.

• Employ the hrX suite of tools for payroll processing and related tasks.

• Comprehend and interpret payslips effectively.

• Adhere to the payroll calendar diligently.

• Recognize deviations from the standard service scope and assist in identifying change request opportunities.

• Appropriately handle sensitive and confidential information.

• Generate and understand both standard and client-specific payroll reports, including statutory year-end reporting.

• Review and validate data, initiating necessary corrections.

• Address payroll-related inquiries and requests.

• Facilitate and execute SOC1 Controls.

• Maintain and implement defined work instructions.

• Conduct transactions with third parties.

• Provide knowledge transfers to colleagues.

• Contribute to the Root Cause Analysis process.

• Assist in managing system maintenance testing.

• Aid in the coordination and resolution of technical issues.

• Stay updated on legislation requirements, system updates, changes, and payroll procedures.

• Engage in assigned projects and activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in administering Payroll or Health & Welfare/Benefits within an HR consulting, HR Outsourcing, or Corporate setting.

• Familiarity with HRIS systems: Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft is preferred.

• Proficient in MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Flexibility to thrive in a global and fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Self-motivated with a desire to learn.

• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment while also working independently, adhering to established processes and procedures.

• Successful completion of background checks, where legally permitted and appropriate for the role.
