HCM Payroll Analyst – UK, US Payroll

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collect requirements for HCM configurations within the Oracle Cloud environment.

• Analyze, design, develop, deploy, and provide support for Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.

• Collaborate with process owners to pinpoint enhancements in business processes and establish best practices.

• Implement modifications in Oracle Cloud HCM to boost effectiveness and efficiency.

• Document configurations and solution designs to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure compliance.

• Mentor fellow developers to enhance team capabilities.

• Create and maintain reports and data extracts to assist in the automation of Oracle HCM processes.

• Oversee work tracking and backlog information to maximize processing efficiency and stakeholder transparency.

• Define, implement, and advocate for Oracle HCM best practices throughout the organization.

• Provide support and guidance on the strategic direction of the Oracle HCM platform.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in developing Human Capital Management solutions on the Oracle Cloud Platform, particularly in Payroll (mandatory – UK & USA Payroll), Core HR, Absence, and Oracle Time and Labor (OTL).

• Experience with HDL.

• At least 4 years of experience in testing and validating solutions on the Oracle Cloud Platform across the aforementioned modules.

• Understanding and practical experience with requirements gathering and testing methodologies related to the Oracle Cloud HCM platform.

• Strong grasp of standard HR business processes and their connection to Oracle HCM functionalities.

• Willingness and ability to adapt to evolving business requirements, priorities, and technical settings.

• Experience with standard application lifecycle management processes, including change management, transition to operations, and deployment.

• Exceptional organizational and communication skills; capable of presenting effectively to non-technical personnel.

• Strong work management skills and ability to operate within a structured backlog management framework.

• Competence to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Comfortable engaging with staff at all levels within a corporate setting.
