This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Conceptualize and create UI/UX solutions for an innovative casual mobile game.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Design menus, HUDs, pop-ups, dialogs, buttons, icons, and various other game interface components.
• Produce visually appealing UI elements that align with a vibrant, friendly, and easily readable casual game aesthetic.
• Ensure that UI solutions are user-friendly, consistent, and in harmony with the game’s visual style.
• Collaborate closely with Game Designers, Artists, and Developers throughout the production process.
• Modify designs based on gameplay needs, feedback, and technical limitations.
• Prepare UI assets and specifications for the implementation phase.
• Assist in the implementation and refine designs based on the final in-game appearance.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer in the game development industry.
• Significant experience in creating UI/UX for mobile games.
• Background in working on casual or stylized mobile games.
• Strong grasp of mobile UI/UX principles and player engagement.
• Excellent visual design skills, encompassing composition, color theory, typography, iconography, and polished casual game UI.
• Capability to work within an established visual style and adapt UI solutions accordingly.
• Experience in designing interfaces from initial wireframes and flows to high-fidelity final designs.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Photoshop.
• Familiarity with Illustrator or other relevant design software is an advantage.
• Understanding of responsive layouts and UI adaptation for various mobile devices.
• Experience in creating production-ready UI assets while maintaining visual consistency across intricate game interfaces.
• Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and deliver designs within set timelines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with Game Designers, Artists, and Developers.
• Proficiency in English at an intermediate level or higher.
