This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Develop responsive and adaptive UI/UX solutions tailored to user, business, and technical requirements, including designs, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Utilize user-centered design techniques and gather research and feedback to inform and validate design choices.
• Contribute to the design system for both existing and future functionalities, ensuring the maintenance of components, patterns, and documentation.
• Create implementation-ready designs and specifications and assist in the developer handoff process.
• Evaluate implemented features against approved designs, identifying discrepancies, usability challenges, and areas for enhancement.
• Work collaboratively with designers, business analysts, product managers, developers, quality assurance professionals, and technical writers; effectively communicate progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Present design solutions and the rationale behind them to internal stakeholders; integrate feedback and iterate on designs.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in product/UI/UX design, along with a portfolio showcasing digital product work.
• Strong practical expertise in UI, visual, UX, and interaction design, encompassing user flows, wireframing, and responsive/adaptive UI, with meticulous attention to detail and consistency.
• Proficiency in Figma, including features such as components, variables, prototyping, and the developer handoff process.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows and the ability to critically assess outputs.
• Working knowledge of design systems, WCAG 2.2 accessibility standards, Apple Human Interface Guidelines, and Material Design 3.
• Understanding of user-centered design methodologies and the ability to leverage research, analytics, feedback, and usability testing to substantiate design decisions.
• Comprehension of product/software development processes, Agile methodologies, and basic front-end constraints.
• A capacity for rapid learning, independent work within assigned parameters, effective collaboration, and clear communication of design decisions.
• Proficiency in English at an upper-intermediate level or higher.
• Experience with advanced prototyping, motion design, or relevant Adobe Creative Cloud applications is advantageous.
