UI/UX Designer – AI Apps

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create user-centric and intuitive experiences for AI-enhanced web and mobile applications.

• Perform user research, interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis to gain insights into user needs and behaviors.

• Develop user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

• Design conversational and AI-driven experiences, such as chat interfaces, AI assistants, copilots, recommendations, and intelligent workflows.

• Establish interaction patterns for prompting, AI-generated responses, feedback, regeneration, editing, citations, confidence indicators, and human-in-the-loop workflows.

• Simplify complex AI/ML concepts into clear and comprehensible user experiences.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure designs are both technically feasible and effectively executed.

• Create and maintain design systems, reusable components, UI patterns, and design guidelines.

• Conduct usability testing and refine designs based on user feedback and product analytics.

• Ensure applications adhere to standards of responsive design, accessibility, usability, and visual consistency.

• Work closely with developers throughout the implementation phase, providing design specifications, assets, and interaction details.

• Stay updated on emerging trends in AI UX/UI, generative AI interfaces, conversational UX, and human-AI interaction patterns.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design, particularly in designing digital applications.

• Proficient with Figma and other contemporary UI/UX design tools.

• Strong grasp of UX research, user-centered design, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design.

• Experience in crafting wireframes, prototypes, user flows, journey maps, and high-fidelity designs.

• Background in designing AI-powered applications, including chatbots, copilots, GenAI applications, or conversational interfaces.

• Familiarity with LLM/GenAI user experiences, encompassing prompt-based interactions and AI-generated content.

• Solid knowledge of responsive web design and mobile-first design principles.

• Experience with design systems and component libraries.

• Good understanding of accessibility and WCAG principles.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively alongside product and engineering teams.
