This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Create and deliver user interfaces for the consumer section of netgear.com, starting from wireframes to developer-ready handoff.
• Design campaign and product landing pages, category and listing pages, product detail pages, media and content pages, as well as product finder interfaces.
• Develop and enhance the atomic web design system while ensuring consistency throughout.
• Manage Figma libraries, including the creation of components, variants, and tokens.
• Work closely with front-end teams on feasibility assessments, implementation handoffs, and staging reviews.
• Leverage website analytics and consumer insights research to guide design choices.
• Create new web components and suggest enhancements for existing pages.
• Partner with the Graphic Designer to ensure cohesive campaign and site design.
• Collaborate with the Sr. Integrated Marketing Manager to align global campaigns.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Offer occasional advisory design guidance to teams managing their own pages.
• Work alongside the app team to ensure visual consistency across both web and app platforms.
• Over 4 years of experience in designing digital products or marketing interfaces.
• Proficient in Figma, including libraries, components, variants, auto layout, and tokens.
• Strong interest in AI with experience testing new AI tools, especially AI functionalities in Figma.
• A portfolio showcasing delivered web work that demonstrates design rationale.
• Up-to-date knowledge of UI patterns and conventions.
• Capability to base design decisions on research and analytics.
• Ability to present and advocate for your design work to stakeholders.
• Familiarity with front-end implementation processes.
• Competence in designing system components that can be developed by a back-end team.
• Effective communication skills with engineers, product teams, and non-design stakeholders.
• A required portfolio piece that illustrates a project built against a design system, detailing system limitations and solutions.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of application.
• Fully remote work arrangement.

• Training on new tools, with a focus on AI.
• Access to Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Magnific.
• Employer-provided AI tools, eliminating the need for personal funding of AI tools.
