UI UX Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Design and create intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences.

• Develop modern web applications.

• Construct user interfaces utilizing contemporary front-end frameworks.

• Generate wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and user flows.

• Perform user research and conduct usability testing.

• Integrate user feedback into design solutions.

• Execute cross-browser compatibility testing.

• Implement mobile-first design principles and accessibility standards.

• Collaborate efficiently within an Agile/Scrum framework.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.

• Extensive hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web design.

• Proficient in developing user interfaces with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Next, or Angular.

• Strong understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, usability, and accessibility standards.

• Experience with cross-browser compatibility testing and mobile-first design methodologies.

• Proven experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and user flows.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in an Agile/Scrum setting.

• Familiarity with design tools like Figma or similar applications.

• Experience with TypeScript, Bootstrap, Material UI, or other UI libraries and frameworks.

• Knowledge of accessibility standards, such as the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), and experience in developing accessible web applications.

• Background in conducting user research and usability testing, along with incorporating feedback into design processes.

• Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and reusable UI patterns.

• Experience using version control systems like Git, GitHub, Bitbucket, or Azure DevOps.

• Basic understanding of API integration, REST services, and optimizing front-end performance.

• Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices and web analytics tools is a plus.

• Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure Boards.
