UGC Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Identifying and recruiting talented UGC creators across various platforms

• Consistently posting opportunities for creators and sourcing talent

• Engaging with creators and nurturing relationships

• Evaluating creators and filtering out subpar talent/content

• Assessing which creators align well with our brand and advertising needs

• Organizing and overseeing the complete UGC content pipeline from outreach to final delivery

• Keeping creator content, communications, and deliverables well-organized

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in UGC, talent acquisition, influencer marketing, or creator management

• Experience specifically within DTC or eCommerce sectors

• In-depth knowledge of what constitutes effective creator content for paid advertising

• Proven experience managing creators with a focus on content performance and advertising outcomes, rather than solely on creator relationships

• Comfortable engaging in high-volume creator outreach and sourcing

• Capability to assess creators and dismiss weak or low-quality candidates

• Excellent pipeline and project management abilities, from outreach to content delivery

• Experience in managing creator/talent pipelines and ensuring timely completion of deliverables
