UA Manager – Facebook

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Georgia, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Initiate and enhance Facebook Ads campaigns

• Analyze and report on advertising campaign performance

• Perform project and audience analytics using GA4, internal CRM, and various tools

• Expand channels without increasing CPA and boost ROI along with other key metrics

• Experiment with new targeting methods, ad formats, landing page ideas, and creative concepts

⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise in Facebook with a minimum of 3 years of experience

• Required experience in campaign automation (API, autorules)

• Meta Blueprint certification is a plus

• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets

• Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret data

• Proficient in English at a B2 level

• Proficient in Russian at a C1+ level

• Excellent communication skills

• Creative mindset with the ability to devise solutions for complex challenges

• Analytical thinking with the capacity to process large volumes of information and reach sound conclusions
