This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Strategize and enhance comprehensive TV, video, audio, and display initiatives.
• Convert data and media insights into actionable decisions.
• Implement practical innovations and scale successful strategies.
• Utilize Bliss Point insights to concentrate investments on high-performing areas.
• Collaborate with Client Leadership, Media Investment, Econometrics, Creative, Search, Social, Commerce/Retail Media, and other channel teams.
• Transform business objectives into TVAD strategies targeting awareness, consideration, and performance.
• Oversee daily client strategy and execution.
• Deliver growth-oriented updates and QBRs that link media performance to revenue, CAC, LTV, and incremental reach.
• Integrate TVAD with Search, Social, Commerce/Retail Media, CRM, and Creative efforts.
• Educate clients and teams while developing comprehensive playbooks.
• Responsibly apply DSP goal strategies, pacing, frequency, brand safety, and verification.
• Initiate, assess, and expand platform innovations.
• Leverage Bliss Point insights to influence budgets and drive innovations.
• Offer structured feedback to enhance tools.
• Create valid TVAD testing frameworks, including geo/lift, holdout, A/B, or time-series tests.
• Establish success criteria and ensure consistent measurement practices.
• Anticipate expected impacts and assess risks.
• Advocate for Tinuiti’s measurement and attribution framework.
• Clarify model caveats when suggesting modifications.
• Support the health of data and operations.
• Mitigate recurring inefficiencies such as unmanaged frequency, low-quality inventory, and overlaps.
• Assist the Pod in adopting enhanced operational methods.
• 5–7 years of experience in managing TV/video/audio/display at scale with complete ownership, or 5–7 years in analytical roles with a strong focus on media analytics.
• Familiarity with DSPs/ad platforms, verification, IVT/viewability, audience/data utilization, and frequency management.
• Comfortable coordinating with publishers, PMP, and partners.
• Knowledge of incrementality, lift, and basic A/B testing methodologies.
• Strong forecasting abilities.
• Capability to link media performance to revenue, CAC, LTV, and incremental reach/attention.
• Proficient in advanced Excel/Sheets.
• Preferred familiarity with SQL.
• Experience with GA4 and platform analytics.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to craft client-ready narratives and set clear expectations.
• Effective collaboration with Econometrics, Creative, channel teams, and Client Leadership.
