Tutor, Digital Sales – Werkstudent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Ongoing enhancement and updating of our curriculum

• Regular tutorials to deepen understanding of the course material and clarify any outstanding questions

• Collaboration with instructors and colleagues to promote learner success and improve the course

• Support participants in an intensive 8.5-month program in unlocking new career opportunities

⛳️ Requirements

• At least one additional year enrolled at a university (essential)

• A completed vocational training or a bachelor's degree (essential)

• Willingness to work 15–20 hours weekly as a tutor (essential)

• Initial experience in digital sales

• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot and a willingness to deepen this knowledge

• Fluent in German with excellent communication skills

• Empathy and enjoyment in working with people

• Strong organizational skills and a structured work approach
