Trial Class Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Provide live online trial classes for children and their parents.

• Understand the child's interests, previous experiences, and family objectives.

• Establish a connection with both the child and the parent.

• Facilitate a brief practical activity utilizing Kodland materials.

• Suggest the most appropriate educational program tailored to the child's needs and interests.

• Articulate the value of the program and respond to parents' inquiries.

• Professionally address any hesitations and objections.

• Discuss enrollment and payment options, aiding the family in their decision-making process.

• Conduct sessions lasting approximately 60 minutes via Zoom.

• Engage with pre-scheduled trial classes assigned through Kodland systems; no need for self-sourcing customers.

• Coordinate your availability and schedule with the Team Leader.

• Complete training, practical assessments, onboarding, and probation prior to working with actual families.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluent in Arabic and able to communicate clearly and confidently.

• A reliable laptop or PC equipped with a functioning camera and microphone or headset.

• A stable internet connection that is suitable for Zoom video calls.

• A quiet, appropriate workspace with a willingness to use the camera while working.

• Availability for at least 25 hours per week during peak hours.

• Must be available to work at least one day during the weekend.

• Comfortable interacting with children and parents.

• Willingness to operate in a performance- and sales-oriented environment.

• Proficiency in English is not mandatory, but knowledge of English is an added advantage.

• Prior experience in sales, customer service, Customer Success, call centers, consulting, teaching, or training is beneficial but not essential.

• Experience working with children or parents is a plus.

• Previous remote work experience and the ability to manage your schedule independently is advantageous.
