Area Leader – Manager Trainee

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Supervise 12-14 store locations directly

• Recruit, train, and oversee Store Leaders

• Execute merchandising initiatives

• Manage cash and inventory effectively

• Inspire employees and foster teamwork

• Encourage outstanding customer service

• Oversee profit and loss management, including budget preparation, sales maximization, and expense control

• Establish performance targets and objectives

• Evaluate outcomes in collaboration with upper management

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field or 5+ years of experience in managing district or regional operations for retail/commercial settings, or a large single commercial store with multiple managers and over 100 employees

• A valid Driver’s License from your state of residence

• Must maintain automotive liability insurance during employment

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Self-driven and motivated

• Capability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching

• Ability to occasionally lift weights of up to 50 pounds

• Previous experience in multi-unit management is preferred

• Capability to operate as a multi-unit operations manager
