This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +1 more country.
• Oversee Nielsen’s revolving credit facility and accounts receivable securitization facility.
• Supervise borrowing activities and the payment of principal, interest, and fees.
• Manage loan rollovers and make decisions on interest rate selections.
• Lead reporting for debt covenant compliance.
• Coordinate the preparation of financial reports and disclosures for lenders.
• Handle monthly accounts receivable securitization reporting and assist with the annual facility audit.
• Obtain letters of credit and oversee amendments.
• Drive forecasting for corporate cash flow and long-term strategic cash management.
• Collaborate with Treasury Operations, FP&A, Tax, and other corporate teams on forecasting inputs.
• Prepare materials for Board presentations, Sponsor Monthly Operating Reviews, and cash flow presentations for Sponsors.
• Oversee long-term debt issuance and hedging activities.
• Manage the settlement of derivative transactions.
• Assist with M&A due diligence and transaction execution.
• Provide fiduciary oversight of US pension investments and support for non-US pension investment oversight.
• Train, mentor, and manage the Capital Markets Analyst.
• Cultivate relationships with banks and credit rating agencies.
• Offer insights to the Treasurer regarding capital structure, liquidity facilities, and developments in the lender community.
• Collaborate with Financial Reporting, FP&A, Legal, executive team members, and private equity sponsor teams.
• Assist in cash management activities, including the approval of wire transfers.
• Maintain the treasury website content related to debt, interest, and derivative instruments.
• Work with Legal on KYC requests from financial institutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or another quantitative field.
• Possession of a CFA charter or progress toward obtaining one is advantageous.
• 5–10 years of experience in finance.
• Previous experience in treasury capital markets is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to build positive relationships with leaders and colleagues across the organization.
• A strong work ethic combined with a self-motivated approach.
• Attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Experience in a private equity-owned company is a plus.
