This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Design and execute payer marketing strategies aimed at enhancing reimbursement and assisting with new product introductions.
β’ Collaborate with Payer Account Management, HEOR, Medical Affairs, Sales, and Regulatory teams.
β’ Conduct market research and analysis to identify payer requirements, trends, and opportunities.
β’ Develop and present value propositions, messaging, and marketing materials tailored for payer audiences.
β’ Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.
β’ Monitor and assess payer marketing initiatives and modify strategies as necessary.
β’ Stay updated on healthcare policies, reimbursement trends, and the competitive landscape.
β’ Engage in strategic and financial planning processes.
β’ Comprehend competitive offerings and provide tools for positioning and differentiation.
β’ Interact with consultants, market research firms, advertising agencies, vendors, and clients.
β’ Leverage market research and customer feedback to meet reimbursement and market access objectives.
β’ Accomplish goals and objectives set by the Market Access organization.
β’ Ensure adherence to quality and ethical standards.
β’ Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline.
β’ MBA is preferred.
β’ 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry, or equivalent experience.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of payer and reimbursement market dynamics, including commercialization, pricing, and reimbursement.
β’ Proven track record of managing vendors and agencies to execute successful marketing campaigns.
β’ Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities, with the skill to translate data into actionable strategies.
β’ Prior experience in marketing or managed care marketing.
β’ Strong project management capabilities, including the ability to drive projects independently, establish budgets, and meet deadlines.
β’ Capacity to collaborate, influence, and engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
β’ Experience in managing multiple priorities and adhering to deadlines within business constraints.
β’ Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to create and deliver persuasive narratives.
β’ Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
β’ Willingness to travel frequently; travel is required 50% of the time.
β’ Must comply with Quality System and Ethics/Compliance guidelines.
