This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and sustain a top-tier digital presence on OLLY’s .com/Omni platforms.
• Formulate a comprehensive strategy to enhance overall Omnichannel sales and surpass online competitors.
• Recruit, mentor, and cultivate the abilities of the Omni Sr. Associate.
• Act as the primary liaison for Retailer Media, Roundel, WMC, and similar agentic advertising platforms.
• Collaborate with Sales and Sales Strategy on customer business plans and Digital Commerce objectives.
• Work in conjunction with Social, Influencer, Consumer Response, Ecom, Growth, Brand Marketing, Creative, and Systems teams.
• Direct performance marketing strategies and campaigns across Target, Walmart, Instacart, and other customer platforms.
• Oversee a multi-million-dollar budget by establishing objectives, conversion signals, and guidelines for AI-driven bidding systems.
• Validate and audit autonomous campaign decisions against business objectives, margin goals, and inventory realities.
• Develop and manage learning agendas, including incrementality testing and first-party data matching.
• Ensure that product data is organized and prepared for AI-mediated shopping experiences.
• Investigate full-funnel retail media formats such as video, audio, and CTV.
• Assess emerging AI tools, retailer features, and agentic ad formats; recommend pilots, scaling, or discontinuation.
• 7-10 years of experience in Marketing & eCommerce, focusing on paid acquisition within a consumer brand that has both .com and brick-and-mortar operations.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively coach and develop a team.
• Experience in managing and tracking SEM and other ROAS-driven marketing investments.
• Proficient in directing and auditing agentic/AI-driven bidding and campaign systems (e.g., Walmart's Marty), setting goals, and verifying results.
• An early adopter of next-generation technologies, innovations, and capabilities.
• Familiarity with methodologies for managing actionable test/learn initiatives, including incrementality testing and evolving multi-touch attribution tracking.
• Capability to apply data-driven insights to creative discussions.
• Highly analytical and data-oriented, able to present key insights to marketing, sales teams, and leadership effectively.
• Experience in managing or implementing new Martech or AI solutions, with a solid understanding of how structured product data enhances visibility in AI-mediated and agentic shopping experiences.
• Knowledge of full-funnel retail media formats, including video, CTV, in-store, and audio.
• Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable in a data-driven, fast-paced AI business environment.
• Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
• Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
