This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee service delivery for a varied portfolio of customers/accounts
• Manage the installation, configuration, and implementation of acquired products and technologies
• Assist clients in comprehending product functionalities, maximizing benefits, and expediting time to value
• Lead federal customer interactions adhering to CPS delivery models, processes, methodologies, artifacts, government regulations, and security standards, including FedRAMP, FISMA, and GovCloud
• Forge relationships with senior stakeholders, partners, and service integrators
• Align Collibra product features with customer use cases
• Clarify business objectives and devise solutions utilizing Collibra products, technologies, and services
• Create project plans informed by account plans, customer initiatives, and use cases
• Support requirements gathering and the development of customer solutions
• Provide federal agencies with customized data governance strategies
• Offer documented updates on project status and communicate escalations, risks, issues, and change management
• Identify and drive quantifiable value and outcomes during project implementations
• Act as a liaison among Sales, Support, customers, Customer Engineering, Product, Support, and Executive teams
• Facilitate onboarding and mentor project team members
• Enhance engagement and delivery processes throughout the services organization
• Recognize expansion opportunities and contribute to the growth of CPS services and licensing business
• Achieve 30-, 60-, and 90-day success objectives, including navigation of Salesforce, risk remediation, playbook development, and delivery plan presentations
• Must be a U.S. citizen and reside within the United States
• 5+ years of experience managing service projects supporting U.S. federal agencies
• Proficiency in Data Governance, Data Management, or Data Quality
• Active security clearance (Secret/TS/TS-SCI)
• Familiarity with at least two or three of the following: data governance, data stewardship, master data management, data cataloging, and business rules management
• Knowledge of leading PaaS providers, Data Lakes, Databases, and Integration platforms commonly utilized by federal agencies
• Experience with AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, infrastructure, and platform
• Understanding of APIs using Java, Python, or a similar scripting language for custom software implementations in Enterprise Linux or Unix environments
• Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL, and data integration
• Strong communication skills across both business and technical stakeholders
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Customer-oriented and accountable for ensuring customer success
• Self-motivated and eager to learn new software
• Capable of leading senior-level project updates, value assessments, or business review meetings
